How to get the genertaed file name

Hi,

I am using Interwoven TeamSite 6.7.1 Service Pack 1.

I need to capture the file name which a user gives while generating a template and save it in a perl/JS variable once user clicks on "OK" button on the generate pop up window.

Can somebody please guide me on how to capture this OK click event and return this variable (containing file name) to the parent form.

Make your life a lot easier - provide a field for the name in the DCT - have the user be required to populate the field before they are allowed to save - and use FormAPI to set that name as the default output file name for the DCR.

Personally, I prefer to base the output file name on the DCR name - and I use a field on the form to set the DCR name.
