Hi! We've hit an issue with several of our content contributors who use TeamSite to create new data records (File > New Data Record). They are able to do everything (open DCTs, etc.) but when they attempt this command, they are able to select the type they'd like to create, but then the selection window simply closes.
I've seen this happen only in IE (5.0 and 6.0), but have been unable to isolate a setting that is causing it. I have these users currently using Netscape as an alternative.
Has anyone seen this before? ANY input would be greatly appreciated -- thanks so much!
