Mb - Ldap

We are having issue configuring LDAP. Following settings with trial and error have been used

User Base DN : cn=1234,dc=abc,dc=xyz
Group Base DN : cn=1234,dc=abc,dc=xyz
LDAP User Account - uid = uid123 cn=1234,dc=abc,dc=xyz

But still getting following errors -

ERROR: ConnId:9 Request:CSetLDAPCredentialsRequest Reason:Unable to validate the LDAP account based on the distinguished name (DN) specified.

10/28/08 11:01:13 ERROR: ConnId:6 Request:CSetLDAPCredentialsRequest Reason:Unable to validate the LDAP account based on the distinguished name (DN) specified.

10/28/08 11:04:36 ERROR: ConnId:5 Request:CSetLDAPCredentialsRequest Reason:Unable to validate the LDAP account based on the distinguished name (DN) specified.

10/28/08 11:09:21 ERROR: ConnId:5 Request:CSetLDAPCredentialsRequest Reason:Unable to validate the LDAP account based on the distinguished name (DN) specified.

We have successfully configured same LDAP server on TS. Can somebody help us?

I would open a support case. There is clearly some configuration mismatch, and since LDAP settings tend to be pretty custom it is difficuklt to diagnose without more exploration.
