Interwoven Monitor

In interwoven server menu we have Monitor option from which we come to know about the user activities, but suddenly it stop working ,it means we still have the monitor option in menu, but when we try to click on monitor option, nothing opens .

May be its still running in the memory. You may want to kill it from Task pane and then try again

Can you please explain in detail so that i can do it.

Click on CANCEL to debug the program

Not the best/cleanest way of doing it but on a windows server 'ctrl+alt-del" should allow you to bring up "Task Manager" and when you choose and kill process(as you did) ,clik OK to terminate program .
