Tag UI - Copy To All - FormAPI Question

When multiple files are selected for tagging, is there an onChange event either documented or undocumented that can be called when a user clicks the "Copy To All" link in the next Generation TagUI?

The Use Case:

We have two items in the TagUI, a radio button boolean and a select box. The radio button toggles the select box as visible or hidden via onChange event in FormAPI. The issue arrises when a user clicks the radio button for one file, then clicks "Copy To All". The onChange event should be fired on all other files such that when the user clicks on the select box item/link from the tree navigation the select box is shown for the other files.

Currently if the user toggles the radio button for one file, clicks "Copy To All", clicks on the select box in the left tree navigation, only the file that the user explicitly clicked is shown the select box.

This could be an issue for the Forms as well when the tree navigation is enabled in the templating.cfg.
