How do preview the image using getPreview method?

I used the getPreview method in the mediabin server soap API.. Its returns the byte[]. How do I process this byte array and get preview?. What is the use of this byte array. Can I use it for any further process to preview the assets.

Eg:
byte[] byteArr = mediaBinServer.getPreview(assetID, revisionNumber, layerNumber, MBPreviewType.Preview_64x64); // revisionNumber = -1 and layerNumber = -1
