I am on TS 6.5 sp2, I am loosing my mind, I couldn't get the right output for this when i generate the html file. I forgot PT fundamentals.

Here is the DCT and PT i am expecting to create a table with "head" and "Docs" in rows.

Are you getting any output or is the PT failing to compile / process the DCR entirely?

If you are getting output - could you perhaps attach the output (feel free to obscure the actual content values?)

I think you over-obfuscated the output though as it doesn't show up as well-formed (missing a few '>'s). Is this a type="xml" or type="iwov" DCT - it seems to be a bit confusing looking at your original post (where you have a

location

attribute for the outer-most

container

element, but nowhere else, no

root-container

element, no

pathid

attributes on the

item

elements, etc. Mixing up "xml" and "iwov" styles of DCTs with respect to how it is declared in the

templating.cfg

file could cause various issues with the DCR and PT processing.

Given that most of the DCT code appears to be written in "iwov" style I have to assume that the DCR looks like:[html] Documents
