Displaying bullet

I need to display bullets as shown above on the webpage. Is it possible to capture content like above from the teamsite (By using textarea as tinyMCE or other type) and capture it in jsp for display ? Or do we have to capture every line as text field and then add bullet to it in jsp ?

It can be done either way. The easiest way is via VFE. However that approach has its drawbacks. I always code the list myself and let the TPL do the work.
