not finding DCR data

I have a DataDeploy deployment that contains 6 sub deployments.

Two of the deployments are used to depoloy EAs on HTML or PDF files.
The other three deploy custom DCRs.

When I run the deployment the EAs are deployed just fine but the DCRs are not found at all. They don't even show up in my DD log file.

However I know that the OD is looking at the directory(ies) that I want it to because it did find a plain non-xml text files that someone put in the data directory :mad: and complained.

It's as if they are being filtered out.

I have attached my config file.

This deployment configuration works fine as a filelist deployment. I am just changing the source element to make the deployment into an area deployment.

Why? I am using both. As I say this deployment works if I use a filelist but doesn't when I use an area deployment.

The problem was that somebody set the include-extended-attributes attribute of the xml-source element to "no". Even though we do not set any EAs using the TagUI we need to have this attribute set to "yes" because ther is a filter looking for the is_form_valid attribute on the file.
