Version number

Hi all,

I have a new requirement in my workflow. I need to get the DCR's Version number and Modified By attributes when I loop through the attached files in an external task. There are not in the DCR xml structure. When I mouse over the several file version links in TS, it points to Edition/%2367 where 2367 is some number to keep track of the version which is different for each link. With respect to last modified date, I can find it at the OS level, but what about modified by? the actual user name that last modified the DCR and it's displayed in TS when select the DCR and click on Properties.

Where does TS store this data?
Any suggestions?

Are you using Perl or Java?
In Perl - you have to utilize the iwattrib CLT - pass the full vpath to the file and then either

revisionnumber

(Version) or

lastuser

(Modified By) as command line parameters.
