My client is planning to upgrade the Teamsite environment from version 6.5 to 6.7.2.
for this we need to test the new environment of Teamsite,please suggest some useful steps or send me some usermanual for teh same.

Let you company managr contact interwoven support
hire a teamsite consultant to do it for you
no one give document here
get support account for your company and get your docs.

Actually i dint have access on the Interwoven support site and i searched on the dvnet site but i did nt get any related info till niow. I am still searching but i am nt sure that i can/cant....

It all depends on your current implementation architure.
However you can open up a case with Interwoven to provide answers on clarification wht you might face.
Additionaly you can have a look on release notes (latest version) and see wht all things you may need to cover..
I reccommend to have a expereinced consultant before getting onto this track.
