Setting Component Layout Properties with %

Hi All,
Is it possible to set the Component Layout Properties in percenage(%) instead-of pixel. For exmaple, I want the component height to be "100%" instead-of "100" pixel.

I know, we can not use % for setting the layout. However, the component parameters can be controlled using a CSS.

Controlling component parameters means elements of a component like heading, paragraph, etc can be controlled using CSS.
Paragraph in CSS can be defined as follows to separate the content from appearance
