Performance script (>500 files)

We continue to fight with Teamsite performance, and one of the limitations that Interwoven has documented is to have less than 500 files in each directory. They link to a script on their site that will crawl the repository to show you the problem directories, but the link gives a 404 error. Does anyone happen to have that script that they could post? Thanks!
