Error facing while triggering email through Documentum d2

Hi,
I was trying to send an email notification through D2. But I'm getting an error attached in the below screenshot.

Also, you will want to check your dm_server_config.mail_method. If set to D2 MailMethod, try changing to dm_event_sender. Then test email from DA (ie Turning on Read Notification for an object and then viewing it.) This will ensure you have connectivity to the mail server from the Content Server at least.
