Submit file from work area

I have selected a file for a datatype from data folder.

Now I am using a workflow to publish this content.

After running job, when I check OD screen, this deployment has failed. I checked macro audit log file and the error shown is

"***ERROR - Area = Y:\store1\main\magazines\capital\prod\STAGING\templatedata not found."

I dont understand this error.

1) I have submitted this file from workarea, then why does it say STAGING in error.
2) Secondly, the DCR files and templatedata folder is at both the places in STAGING and WORKAREA. So why do I get this error

This is all customizations that have been made at your environment. We cannot debug it for you without seeing the code. BTW, the deployments from Staging is a best practice. You typically will deploy after the submit completes from Staging
