Hi @jponnu - Can you explain what the TLA 'BPM' stands for please ? Do you also have plans to use 16.4.1.1 which has the latest features & fixes for TeamSite 16.4
BPM (in reference to TS) typically means Business Process Management
Those can be integrated with TS workflows, but you need a lot of detail before any architecture can be defined.
