OD failure issue..Remote status: server-FAIL

Hi,

I am getting following error only for a specific deployment and for other deployments i am not getting error. Please find the OD config and log files in the attachmnet.

You are going to have to get the logs from the receivers. The OD GUi can do this if it is configured properly, otherwise you need shell/filesystem access to view the logs.

I also attached the receiver log in the attachment

The problems solves when we restarts all the base and receiver servers.
We are getting this problem 2nd time with in 10 days

Your logs have no useful information.

I hope you have a support case open.

You may also want to change your logging levels to debug.

Finally, check the system logs and see if there are any errors that seem related.

Until support helps, I suggest you try some standard debugging. Write a simplified deployment, does that work ? Do any deployments work
