Customizing the Webdesk UI

I need information on what can be customized in the Webdesk UI. If any can point me to a document if would be appreciated.

You could refer to TeamSite administration guide which has sections about customizing the GUI. It has extensive documentation on configuring the iw.cfg file for adding the GUI functionalities.

That way atleast you would have a solid start and ofcourse for more information these forums are great place.
