Custom Menu Item

I am trying to implement a custom menu item in TeamSite. I tried adding a 'regenerate workarea' custom option in the edit menu item by updating the iw.cfg appropriately. It didn't appear and I was wondering if someone had any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

1. I am sure you must have double checked the role and properties while testing.
2. Did you create a wrapper for your CGI to be executed?
