PHP and Windows Authentication

Does anyone have experience in using PHP to pass-through authentication to WorkSite? We have a web application developed in PHP and would like to pass-through the windows authentication thus allowing our users to enter their credentials once.

This is what we've done for PHP on IIS in an Intranet setting if that's your scenario:
In IIS manager set the directory security to only allow "Integrated Windows Authentication" in PHP you'll then have an AUTH_USER entry in the server superglobals array:
echo $_SERVER["AUTH_USER"];

You can use that along with the worksite impersonation password to have the PHP app login as the user.
