Urgent---How to get the List from the .meta file

Hi All,

I have a requirement that in Datacapture file has one dropdown list, which may contains Textarea , button, checkbox, radio button etc,once the user selected any option from drop down list then its read from meta file (xml file) and get the list of item from meta file and populate them into one Item fields in datacapture file.


Example: Code in cfg file

Same for other type of element(checkbox,radio button etc)
From this meta file I need to collect the validation names for the element type selected in Teamsite(Textarea,radio button or button etc) and need to populate the list of validation in form.

Exam: User selected the button as a element type then new field Validation Type should be populated with ADD,MINUS,DIVIDE.
