TeamSite UI customizations | Import functionality

Hi All,

This is related to TeamSite UI customizations. Is it that we can customize the import functionality in TeamSite? I need to set a directory that will act as the ceiling directory where files can be placed when imported.
That is on click of the import button, I want the user to specify a directory in his local system (only for the first time), then on every click of "Import button", the import applet should pick files from the cieling directory and not from C drive which is default.

Please suggest.
