we need to deploy a custom xml to DB as per the below format,

,the deployment is giving the status "completed" msg from UI,but DB table is empty
i have checked in log file there is a line saying "Path not found -- interpret as 'NotPresent'"

i checked in forums there was some reference to deploy.cfg that we need to set teamsite.version=6.7.1 it is also set
the blank table is already there in DB with two colums with one set to primary key
, any pointers why this msg is coming in log file and i am not getting any data in DB despite the status saying"completed"
