Support we have users having access to the many branched based on Role_based_group which is nested to WORKAREA group.
If I run iwidmap say from one teamsite ( UNIX based) user to another ,
/apps/intrwvn/iw-home/bin/iwidmap -u -c intrwvxs vq6685 /apps/intrwvn/iw-store/default, will the group permision of user intrwvxs will also be there
for vq6685 ?

I'm not sure I understand your question. As I recall from the usage of iwidmap - the command line you are suggesting would replace all instances of "intrwvxs" with "vq6685" in the default store - so that everything was owned / shared by intrwvxs will become owned / shared by vq6685 (after you deactivate / reactivate the default store).

Is that what you were looking to do ?

THat is what I wanted.
We are migrating from TS 6.1 to TS 6.7 sp1 , on Solaris 10.
the 16 groups issue compelled us for multiple account for same users, and in
6.7 sp1 since TS groups ( we changed the permission to TS groups instead
of UNIX groups in the 6.7 sp1 backing store) we need to move over the TS groups as for the duplicate accounts to a a single acount who has the all the permission of the duplicate accounts.
I ran the iwusermigrate , which will update the tsuser.xml file , but I am not aware of useridtoken file in the backing store, and how it will get updated.
It is like :

with name date not updated correctly with as that is /etc/passwd , it is updated with SID and iwidmap doesnt give me correct result, as this file is not updated with corect user name.

Is there a way by which this file is updated ?
Can I run a iwidmap in 6.7 sp1 store with the correpsonding extracted result of 6.1 store?
