xPlore 16.4- Documentum Session has timed out

Hi All,
Iam facing an issue "Documentum session has timed out! log in again " when i tried to login into Index Agent .
I did xPlore 16.4 fresh installation in VM server. in DA index agent status as showing correctly as "Running".
Can you please share some inputs what could be the issue here.

This might be issue with the browser setting. Can you add the xPlore admin console to trusted sites and try access again? Also, try access the xPlore admin url from different machine not from the xPlore server and check if that helps:)
