Easiest way is to raise the threshold to an extremely high number. Alternatively, you can export the taxonomy and rebuilt it as a browse-only taxonomy.

Thanks for the advice. As I said, I'm a MT novice so would appreciate some more info on how to go about increasing the threshold. Also, some step-by-step info on exporting and rebuilding the taxonomy would be much appreciated.
