Special characters encoding issue

Hi all,

We're using TS6.7.2. We are developping DCT's in Spanish.To be able to show in the labels Spanish special characters (accents, and so on) we have set the DCT encoding to ISO-8859-1, and it works fine. The problem is when creating a record we insert one of these characters inside an item (for example, in a textfield). When saving the form, we get the following error:
It is not possible to create a valid XMLDOMContext.
An invalid XML character (Unicode: 0x13) was found in the CDATA section.

The created DCR's have encoding UTF-8, and we think this might be the cause, but we cannot find were to set the encoding for the DCR. Someone can help us with this?
