How to hide the documents in Interwoven?

Hi,

When i configure the file site with Outlook it is showing all the folders and file. But i need to hide the certain document from the user whe he viewed through the Outlook. but he must be able to checkOut and CheckIn the document using code.

Is there any way we can hide the document in Interwoven?
