tt_data is not working

foogoo

Hi,
I am having problem to invoke the 'tt_data' command through workflow. It is working fine for 'submit' command, but when I press the ‘Finish’ button after I edit the DCR, I don't see anything and there is no task that is pending on the Workflow tab. Is there any config file there that will allow me to activate the 'tt_data' command?

I checked the following things:
-I modified the 'available_models.xml' file through 'Manage Workflows' link and saved it.
-Verified that 'available_models.xml' file is on staging.

Version: Interwoven TeamSite 6.7.1 Service Pack 1
OS: Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Standard Edition, Service Pack 2

See the attached file.
Thanks in advance

You can check if it is enabled in application.xml under content_centre.

Thanks.
There are more than one application.xml files. Which one I have to look at it?

\iw-home\httpd\webapps\content_center\WEB-INF\conf\workflowModeler\application.xml

\iw-home\httpd\webapps\content_center\WEB-INF\conf\tagui\application.xml

\iw-home\httpd\webapps\content_center\WEB-INF\conf\search\application.xml

Yes, It is enabled already. Still not working...

id="ccpro-use-tt-data" value="true" public="true"

The correct path to check, and to edit, is

IWHOME/local/config/lib/content_center/customer_src/etc/conf/customer/

Changing the file anywhere else is unsupported.

Thanks,
I don't know which file I have to look at it.

\iw-home\local\config\lib\content_center\customer_src\etc\conf\customer\application_custom.xml

\iw-home\local\config\lib\content_center\customer_src\etc\conf\customer\workflow_custom.xml
Also which section I have to cange?

Thanks for all your inputs so far.
I found the solution, you should define 'tt_data' at least one time in available_templates.cfg in order to use WorkflowModeler workflow. It took me a day to figure that out. It seems like a teamsite bug.
Thanks

This has been logged as a bug and hopefully will be .. fixed in SP1 patch5

I am facing the same problem in Teamsite 6.5 service pack 2.

This problem is there only for Professional interface and not for Standard interface.

Please suggest if anybody has any other solution to this...
