Configuring search fields - InDesign Plug In

We appear to have successfully installed the InDesign plug in our our 4.6.2 MB server. We're connecting and our folders are verified within the plug in while running InDesign.

The documentation on configuration is a little difficult to follow.

What steps are required to populate the "search field" boxes within the plug-in?

We have an open support case on this, but would like to explore all options to get this configured as soon as possible.
