TS 6.5 - UI Customization

Hi,
I would like to confirm one thing about TS UI customization.
The TS or custom menu can not be hide based on the branches or the workareas user is navigating in.
I am working on TS 6.5 sp2 with windows server 2003.

Also, is this feature available in the next release of TS 6.5 SP2?

THIS Feature is not even available in 6.7.2.
