organisation removal tool - Exception occured while initializing the documentstore

Hello!

I have a problem with the organisation removal tool.
Administration Guide (P. 43) describes the process of deleting on arganisation - i've used this as a guide and followed it very carefully.

When i tried to delete the org using the tool, i got the following error:
"ERROR : AttachmentRemovalHandler - An error has occurred: Exception occured while initializing the documentstore. Error is: Error while initializing webservice: org.apache.cxf.service.factory.ServiceConstructionException: Failed to create service."

The full logs from the removal tool and the console output are inserted below.

Does anyone have an idea what might cause this? Is the "document store" a service container or something else? And why wouldn't it work except if the permissions are wrong (which isn't possible because i've checked it very carefully).

I've also checked for "request validation" in C:\Program Files\OpenText\AppWorksPlatform\config\wcb.properties.
It is set to "false" just how the guide specifies it.

Also here are the properties of the Repository Service Container (+document store)
