CS Mobile Authentication Error

OTDS 16.6.2
AppWorks Gateway 16.6
Tomcat 9.0 - JRE 8 u121
CS Mobile 16.2.10

My AppWorks url is available externally. https://appworks.contoso.com:8443

I installed CS Mobile for Android - when I attempt to login with my domain creds it spins and kicks me back to login page.

gateway-otag.log on AppWorks server generate the following errors:
WARN impl.client.TargetAuthenticationStrategy - Authentication scheme Negotiate not supported
WARN impl.client.TargetAuthenticationStrategy - Authentication scheme NTLM not supported

I have reviewed my OTDS config carefully and experimented with several different http.negotiate settings with no success. Any ideas?

Hi Steven,
My best guess is that the users you have synced via OTDS is NOT part of the ressource that have access to CS Mobile, try to see if that's the case.
Btw I can see you use AW 16.6 you need at least the hot fix for it.

Appreciate the response. Yes, I am running hotfix-001 with AppWorks 16.6.

OTDS reachable = true from AppWorks > Overview page.

All user partitions already have access to the OTAG Access Role in OTDS:
