Hi, I need to display Maximo workorder long description in a birt report. When the report is run in birt designer, the long description is displayed, but is not displaying when run in maximo. Please help. Thanks
I am not familiar with Maximo, but I found a couple of sources that said that you have to use a Dynamic Text element in BIRT to display a long description in Maximo. I believe the long description also needs to be enabled in Maximo.
If you want to share your report, I'll try it. I don't recall ever having that occur. What version of Maximo?
