Manage Workflow - multiple command name lines

I need to fire a workflow off from tt_data and submit. When I add two command name lines the functionality does not work for either event. I have tried several things and can't seem to figure this simple task out. Any help is appriciated!

It helps if you format your post so it can be read - in this case - I think you need to add an OR context:

<or>
           <command name="..."/>

       </or>

    </and>
</allowed>
