1)One of our new teamsite users is facing issues with import or edit.She got the error message- "Modify the registry to reflect the new bridge location or change the classpath to include the new directory"
She contacted local helpdesk. They suggested her to install the latest version of Java from
http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp.
2)After she installed the latest version, she was not getting the error message. Whenever she tried to import or edit, the screen just freezes or hanging.
3)The user uninstalle and installed Java again.
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html ,J2SE SDK
Then changed the sysem variables(classpath and path) to reflect the correct location, registry is the correct location.
4)Now when she tries to import , the screen is showing "java not avaibale in the system"
Any suggestions is highly appreciated.
