Using Meta Tagger with teamsite

hi all,
I am new to metatagger. I have gone thorough a couple of PDF's and was able to get some idea about taxonomy ,vocabularies ,rules, but I have not been able to get the metaTagger work in teamsite.

The steps I have followed so far:

1. Installed Meta tagger
2. Integration Meta tagger with team site.
3. Created Taxonomy - I am not sure if this has been created properly. Please guide me on checkpoints about this.
4. Created and compiled rules - Again not sure about this if this has been completed properly.

Please help me with pointers and any additional steps which would be required to get the Meta Tagger work with teamsite.

Since TS and MT are two independent systems it helps if you test tem as such.

On the MT server:

Test that you have a content processor set up to handle the extension type that you will be processing from TS.
Validate that this Content Processor contains all the fields you want to give to TeamSite. Make note of the exact spelling of the field names.
When you change any configuration, make sure you bounce the server to load the configuration.
Test this by using the iwgenmetadata command line tool.

On the TS server:

Validate that your iw.cfg points to MetaTagger
validate in your $iw-home/local/config/datacapture.cfg that you are using the exact spelling of the field name in MetaTagger for the
In the metadata-rules.cfg verfiy that your regex matches the branch of the content you are tagging
In the TagUI - do you see a Suggest button

If all of this together is working - you should be sucessful in the mechanics of tagging your content.
