Search is not working after upgrading to 16.4

Hi,
Is your search criteria using wildcards?
Also, what application are you using to perform the search. You can limit the search results in the client using dfc.properties max_result_size.
You can also check the dsearch log for your keyword and determine how many results are coming back.Russell Kavanagh

No search criteria is not using wildcards.
We are using records manager0 -
Do you see any errors either in the Records Client log or DSearch log

No error in logs sometimes it shows in UI search failed0

When you perform your search, check the dsearch log for xPlore to see if you can find your search criteria. In the same section, you will note the queryID. You should have 2 entries for that ID - one being your query and one being the result. Do you see the result show in the log prior to having to click Stop in the client app?

Looks like the search is not working because of IE compatibility if we point to IE 8 from browser search is working but if we change from code it's not working.0
