Email to a group of reviewers using WFM

Hi All,
I need to send email to a group of reviewers. I am using WFM1.0.1.1 and there i am using review task where i have mentioned my group name. I am using the default xsl email template and email classes provided by interwoven. This works fine when i try to send mail to a single reviewer. Can anyone plz help me out how to send mail to a group of people using the same templates?

You'll need to customize the email (external/url/cgi) task and in that task create some logic that'll retrieve all users that are part of the group. You'll have to create that logic based on what type of group it is -- TS group or AD group or local group.

Alternatively, you could have email aliases setup where you dont need to worry about who is in that group and who should get the email rather you just send out an email to a group mailbox -- i.e. review-group@my-company.com.

You may be able to use the OOTB email / XSL template if that fits your need.

One more option i would like to add.

You can use DataSource variable to retrieve the email ids of particular group. You have write a Java Class for DataSource with below logic:

get parameter of a group
get list of user's of that group
In a string concatenate the email ids of users
return string

You can find detail regarding DataSource Variable and Custom DataSource Class in Developers Guide.
