Browser Button with Save As Functionality

I have a requirement to select where the DCR will generate the page using a button similar to the browser. The problem with the Browser is that the file needs to exist to be selected. The behavior needs to perform more like the Save As command on a DCT.

Has anyone encountered this requirement and does anyone have a solution?

Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.
