My last article entered twice

Hi,

i deployed the files this morning and when i check i found my article is entered twice on my site.Now i wonder what happened here that i have two of the same article. when i deployed due to the header change i deployed docs and template files in total.

What could be the reason for this?

Please help?

That is not a TeamSite issue, that is either a user issue or an implementation issue (actually probably both).

Whoever wrote your template/workflow never throught it possible that someone might do the same thing twice, so it was processed as 2 different articles.

This ultimately was a user error, compounded by boneheaded development
