Does the command provide default location or does it actually look for the location of the file (in case its not in default location) and then print the path of the file ?
iwgetlocation [-h] [-v] [-a|-l|-c configkey|-g logfilekey|filekey [filekey ...]] prints out location of TeamSite file as designated by filekey(s) -h prints out this message -v prints out the version -c configfilekey prints out location of a config file -g logfilekey prints out location of a log file -a prints out all files and their locations -l prints out list of all possible filekeys
In here , I cant find the file in specified path, so where can I find the file ?
You mean , "iwgetlocation -g ....log" will always fetch default location ?
No. What Jcse is saying is that default "iw-home/local/logs/..." is returned for any unrecognised File key.Try iwgetlocation -g nirali, the result will be something like /iw-home/local/logs/nirali.log.Note that "error" IS such unrecognised key. To list all valid Keys issue "iwgetlocation -l" Command
