Where to deploy .jar files in Magellan

Don't know if this the correct forum for this question.... Mods feel free to move if it's not.

Anyway, we are upgrading from iHub to Magellan, and I was wondering where in the Magellan file structure to deposit the .jar files we currently use. I'm guessing here:

Please correct me if this is the wrong location.

Thanks,
Scott

  • Hi Scott,

There are new Magellan forums here:
    https://forums.opentext.com/forums/categories/magellan

This forum is getting more traffic currently because more people know about it, so if you ask a question on the other forums and don't get a response, go ahead and post here or open a support ticket.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I will locate someone who does.

  • Jeff & Chad,

    Good morning!

Jeff: Thank you for the link! I will definitely be bookmarking that one!

Chad: In our iHub environment, the .jar files are located here:

    Thanks for the help!!

  • Chad,

After I looked a little further, I found this location:

But, it doesn't have as many files as the .jar folder. Which would be the correct location for the needed .jar files?

    Thanks,
    Scott

  • Hi Scott,

Ah, you're referring to your custom JDBC drivers. In that case, they will go here:
    /modules/BIRTiHub/iHub/web/birtservice/WEB-INF/platform/plugins/org.eclipse.birt.report.data.oda.jdbc_*/drivers
