TeamSite upgrade: from Solaris to Linux

Hey friends,

we've got the following activities in hand.

1. Installation of TeamSite 6.7 (Linux platform).
2. Migrating Customization from TeamSite 6.5 (Sun Solaris OS) to TeamSite 6.7 (Linux).
3. Migrating content/data from TeamSite 6.5 (Sun Solaris OS) to TeamSite 6.7 (Linux).
4. Creating development, stage and production environment for TeamSite 6.7.

For this should we
a) install 6.5 on the linux box, do the migration of content store from solaris box to linux box and then upgrade the linux box with 6.7 or
b) install 6.7 on linux box directly and then migrate content store from solaris box?

Non accessibility of KB in the new Autonomy support site are making things really difficult.

I haven't done it - but my guess would be 'b' - even if you cannot get to the support site, you should be able to contact Support via phone or email (support@interwoven.com) to get official verification
