Managing users in TS 6.7.2

We're on Sol 10 and TS 6.7.2.

1. When I add a user that's on AD, I do not see their name in the 'Manage Users' list.

2. Also, when I delete a user and try to add them again... I get "User smith already exists".

Has anybody experience this before?

I opened a ticket with 'Autonomy' but haven't heard anything yet.

Sounds like the problem is the tsusers.xml file isn't being refreshed with user data from AD.

Do you have LDAP Synchronization configured? Are you seeing any errors in iwldapsync.log?
