Beginner:Scheduling deployment without using OD GUI

I am using a workflow which has a deployment task. The workflow trigger perl code which in turn trigger filelist deployment configuration file.I need to configure the deployment to occur thrice a day.Kindly suggest me where can i configure to schdeule the deployment.

It is unlikely that you want a workflow deployment to run twice a day.
More likely you want a workflow deployment to run once a day at the next "available" time slot of which there are two a day.
In either case - you will want to utilize iwodcmd schedadd - read the OD manuals and/or run iwodcmd schedadd -h for more details.
