Change Subject Line of emails in WFM

For our Email Tasks, we are using some custom emails:

new-test-approve.xsl
new-test-rejected.xsl

which works fine, but the subject line is all the same for all emails that come through..."Teamsite Task Notification"

even with the default files : author_notification.xsl, reviewer_notification.xsl

can we customize the subject lines for each of those .xsl files that is used?

i.e. for new-test-reject.xsl, change the subject line to "REJECTED TEAMSITE TASK".

nevermind, i found a thread that mentions that without Livesite workflow, i can not do this without building a custom class...

which i dont know how to, so it will have to be.

Customization of email subject can be achieve by writing your own custom java class

i would think all i would have to do is find the current class, modify it, save as new class, and call it from the WFM class_name parameter...

For sending an email it would be better to use URL Task. In which you can pass subject as per your choice and many more.
So, You can get help with existing OOTB Publisht LiveSite Content Workflow. It is using URL Task for sending email.

Another approch for the problem is use URLExternalTask instead of EmailTask with following parametres
