Any wrapper class available for jsp

Hi

Like we have iw_cgi_wrapper.cgi file for perl files to run the file as the current user instead of iwui, do we have any such wrapper class for jsp files used in teamsite.

Hi
The picture of your requirement is not clear, kindly elaborate and also mention the TS Environment.

A JSP runs as a thread inside the Tomcat JVM engine, while a Perl script is run as a standalone process by the OS system.

They are totally different. A JSP is not a process. It can NOT be run as anyone but a thread inside the parent Tomcat process.

Hi

Many thanks for your response

I am calling a jsp file from the DCT, the jsp file will perform some file delete, update operations in the filesystem , since this jsp is running as iwui , the files are not getting updated or deleted. If i am adding iwui to the group assigned to the files and folders explicitly it is working , but that cannot be the solution. So any idea to solve this?

Your JSP logic would need to use CSSDK interface to access the TeamSite filesystem. Refer to CSSDK documentation for sample codes.

try by setting 'sticky bit' to the jsp file.
