Exposing Content Server Mobile outside corporate network
We have a need to expose Content Server Mobile to users outside corporate network. Just wondering how it is done in other places. We see 2 options to do this -
Option 1: Implement some sort of Mobile VPN solution, so that the mobile devices are brought into corporate network. This customer doesn't have a Mobile VPN infrastructure in place though. Wondering if anybody has a recommended VPN vendor for this option.
Option 2: Expose AppWorks Gateway to public network. In this case I think we should keep AppWorks VM inside corporate network and establish a new web-layer VM (IIS) in DMZ to proxy requests into AppWorks VM (Tomcat)
Please let us know if you have done this kind of setup before. An real-world tips and watch-outs would be very much appreciated.
Thanks,
Yong
