Internal Server Error while uploading excel sheet using a workflow

We have a workflow to upload excel sheets. There is a Submit task followed by Deploy task and then an e-mail notification. It was working fine, but now it is giving an Internal Servar Error (Apache/2.0.59 (win32)), when Submit is clicked.

Has anyone faced such issue?
Any pointers would be very helpful.

What error logged in log files?
What is servlet_out.log file saying?

There is nothing in log files only a warning, which is ignorable. Is OD server is working fine. As you said that your workflow was working fine, So is any changes or updation took place so that it is not woriking now. Have you restart the teamsite? if not try to iwreset and check again.

OD has not been modified recently, and already the server has been restarted twice, still the same error is coming up.

I have resolved the problem. Due to warning (use strict; ) in script I was getting Internal Server Error.
